Our founding team consists of serial entrepreneurs and life-long learning enthusiasts, who founded, scaled and exited successful ventures. They worked for leading organizations such as McKinsey and BCG, and invested in 30+ start-ups as business angels.

Your role

  • You drive internal business development projects in close cooperation with the founding team

  • You set-up curriculum for world-class cohort-based leadership courses

  • You attract leading operators of the start-up and tech scene to join as instructors for our classes

  • You conduct strategic market and competitor research including in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and our users

  • You work on other topics that come up at short notice. You are a "firefighter" and will be deployed where it burns the most!

Your background & personality

  • You have experience in high-pace environments, e.g., in early-stage start-ups, top-tier consulting or venture capital

  • You’re highly driven and resilient with a positive, can-do personality

  • You’re highly intelligent and a numbers-driven thinker

  • You have an insatiable thirst for learning, personal growth and are highly coachable

  • You are proficient in English (some German required)
